Spring is almost here, and we’re excited to invite you and your family to our Annual Easter Egg Hunt!
This free community event is open to children ages 12 and under and is packed with fun, including candy-filled eggs, prizes, and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny himself!

Begins promptly at 11:00 a.m.

Please remember to bring a basket for your child to collect eggs.
 
For everyone’s safety, please do not park near the fire department entrance.

Joplin Metro Credit Union is currently accepting applications for the 2026 Lee E. Fritts & George C. Patrick Scholarship.

$5,000 in scholarships to be awarded!

Amounts and winners will be determined by Joplin Metro Credit Union’s Scholarship Committee. First place prize will be no less than $1000.

  • Applicants MUST be a JMCU member as well as the primary account holder as of March 27, 2026.
  • Applicants will receive a confirmation email within 3-5 business days once their application has been received by our office.
  • Scholarship recipients will be chosen by the JMCU Scholarship Committee. Recipients will be notified on or before May 29, 2026.
  • Scholarship recipients will be invited to JMCU’s annual meeting for special recognition. Please save the date:

This loan, which can be used for any purpose, is secured by the available funds in your regular savings account. Your secured funds will still earn dividends.

A share-secured loan allows you to receive a significantly reduced loan rate in return for pledging your credit union shares as collateral against the loan. In order to be classified as a “share-secured” loan, 100% of the loan balance must be covered by your savings. For example, if you borrow $5,000.00 – you need to pledge $5,000.00 from your savings account. Your pledge amount automatically reduces with your loan balance.
