If you are a member, but have not signed up for Telephone Teller it’s very easy and simple to do!

  1. Call Telephone Teller: 417-623-1127
  2. PRESS 2
  3. PRESS 1 to sign up for audio response
  4. Enter your member number (account number)
  5. followed by the pound (#) key
  6. Enter last four digits of your social security number
  7. Enter new password/PIN / 4 digits

After the credit union welcome message:

If you are a member and already signed up for Telephone Teller, please Press 1. You will then be asked your member number (account number) and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) / password. Follow prompts.

If you are a member and would like to sign up for Telephone Teller, please Press 2. Follow prompts.

If you would like credit union information, such as locations, hours and credit union specials, you will need to Press 4 and follow prompts.

Telephone Teller is designed to give you access to your accounts at your convenience. From home, your office, anywhere there is a touchtone phone you can check your account information.
All you need is your member number (account number) and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) / password. You must have your PIN / password to access the Telephone Teller Service.

Our new system uses prompts to navigate.

Certain voice prompts may sound unfamiliar, such as:

Electronic transactions, debit card purchases, bill pay items, electronic checks from merchants, etc.

ACH transactions: ACH stands for automated clearing house. This means direct deposit of payroll, or electronic withdrawals for insurance premiums, mortgage loans, and other kinds of bills.

Please listen carefully to the prompt and press the appropriate item when prompted.

Helpful Navigation Tips

To navigate the system, remember the following items:

  • Use the Pound key (#) to indicate the completion of an entry, except for password and menu number entries.
  • To enter the member number 2435, press 2435#.
  • To enter the password/PIN 7788, only press 7788. You do not need to press the # key.
  • When you enter dollar amounts, enter both dollars and cents. The system will automatically insert the decimal point before the last two digits.
  • To enter $100.00, press 10000#.
  • You may “key ahead” any time during the telephone session by entering the next menu number without waiting for the voice prompt from the system.
  • Press the Star key (*) once to back up to the previous menu.
